Study Abroad Program Application Process Checklist
Complete the online application form.
Non-UGA students must complete the UGA Transient Student Application (Undergraduate) or UGA Graduate School Application and Letter of Good Standing (Graduate).
Obtain two recommendations using the online reference forms. Freshmen may submit references from High School teachers. References may include teachers/professors, clergy, or employers.
- Upon acceptance into the program and payment of the program deposit, fill out the Accepted Applicant Additional Information online form.

Fill out this form when you have purchased your flight and received your flight confirmation details.
If you need to withdraw from your program, you must fill out this brief form to make your withdrawal official. Email notification is considered insufficient.
