UGA License Tag Campaign in North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia!
Only residents of the state may complete an application, but you may register more than one vehicle.
The UGA Alumni Association will spearhead the campaign, collect applications and money. There is a pre-sale requirement per state that must be met before production of the plates begins. If the campaign is unsuccessful, your money will be refunded. In Tennessee the pre-sale figure is 1,000, in North Carolina it is 300, and in Virginia the requirement is 350.

2. Mail completed application and check, payable to the UGA Foundation, to:

Please include an additional $5 processing fee.
• Any local taxes are the responsibility of the applicant.
• When the Association collects the required number of forms and payments for each state, the material will be forwarded to the appropriate state's DMV for plate processing.
