Forgotten/Unknown Login Info

If you are an alumni or have donated to UGA in the past, you most likely have a username and password in our system.
This login is for your UGA Records master database and is only used for this website.
It is not the same as your MyID or Alumni Online Community login information.
How do I get my login info?
If you have never logged into this site or
if you have forgotten/don't know your login info or need to get a login set up,
you can contact UGA's Office of Development directly at 706-542-8176
or send us an email at askit@uga.edu.
If you send a request via email, please include your name and phone number so we can give you a call (we are not allowed to send username and passwords via email). *Please note that you DO NOT have to enter an ID and password to make a gift, join the Alumni Association or renew your Alumni membership. So why should I log in?
After logging in, you will be able to view/edit the address information we have in our system as well as any oustanding pledge payments or upcoming Alumni membership
expiration notices.
To ensure we properly credit your account, our records department has to manually match your gift or membership with your account record. By logging in to your account you will save our staff valuable time and therefore increase the value of your contribution. |
