It has been determined that the user login was not widely utilized and added unnecessary confusion to the user experience. Please note that a login has never been required to process a membership dues payment or to make a gift.

How do I make a payment on an existing pledge?

What is an appeal code?
Appeal Codes or "mailcodes," as they are sometimes known, are essential elements for direct mail campaign materials. These references indicate the exact solicitation producing the gift and are used to measure a campaign's performance. Information like this gives the UGA's Development office important feedback on how best to reach our donors.

How can I update my contact information?
You can update your information in UGA's master database by filling out the form located here.

What credit cards are accepted?
American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are all accepted.

Can I make a gift using an electronic check?
Yes, with the secure EFT option you can make a payment from a checking account.

What if there is an error with my credit card information or the amount of my gift?
If you make a mistake when entering your credit card information, you will receive a message asking you to correct the error. You will be shown a record of the transaction when it is complete. Please check it carefully.
